The lawyer should be able to protect the organization, handle its responses to various claims as well as refute that which the client deems as false. Arbitration and mediation are alternative methods for dispute resolution. The laws governing these two methods are dependent on location and those differ from one area of legal jurisdiction to another.
They are both cost-effective methods, less time consuming than ligation and lack the intricacies of many complex rules. Inasmuch as the legal lingo is cut down, it is prudent to use knowledgeable, keen and well-seasoned lawyers.
Mediation: We come in at this time to listen neutrally to the disputing parties. We observe and do our best to get the parties involved to reach a consensus which satisfies them through impartiality. The agreement may be rejected or accepted.
If the parties agree then we affect a contract that is legally binding and private. We are professional in our bid to be neutral and to remain unbiased, thus we work to the best interests of all the parties involved. We have used this method in the past and have a high success report.
Arbitration: This is more in line with a trial than the above method. We, as your representatives, will exhibit evidence and stand up for you in an argument. We do this by gathering evidence from the client and aligning it with law enforcement procedures to extricate our clients from unlawful accusations or implications. We also collect evidence, the sole aim being to protect our clients from issues that are defaming.
We at Schleifman Law endeavor to save our clients valuable time by being proficient in arbitration because it takes a comparatively shorter time as compared to litigation. Our aim in arbitration is to represent our clients in a convincing manner and on a professional basis. We strive to handle our clients’ confidential matters with extreme caution. When we act through arbitration and mediation, it is to ensure that problems are solved quickly and quietly for the benefit of our clients.
