Referring Attorneys

Schleifman Law, PLC works with attorneys from other parts of the United States to serve as local legal counsel and co-counsel for federal and state court matters in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area including the Circuit Courts in Arlington, Fairfax, and Loudoun Counties and Alexandria City, Virginia, Circuit Courts in Montgomery and Prince George’s County, Maryland, and the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. We also serve as local counsel in Federal Courts in Virginia (Eastern District Alexandria Division), Maryland (Greenbelt Division) and the District of Columbia.

As local counsel, we can perform narrowly tailored services or play a major role in the case as referring counsel and the client deem fit. We are familiar with the local rules of each of the courts in which we appear, are enrolled and familiar with all electronic filing requirements, and can provide insight on many of the local judges as well as the filing requirements of each court.
